Turkish Angora
With its large ears, the Turkish Angora is sometimes referred to as “the bunny cat.” Their fur resembles that of an angora bunny, soft and luxurious to the touch. They seldom sit still, usually in pursuit of their own pleasure of chasing bugs, playing tag with the sun coming in the window or batting at dust balls under the bed. They are the true cat burglar, opening drawers, stealing bright bits of bling bling and hiding them for the owner. They can open doors and cabinets with ease. Child-proof locks are a must with a Turkish Angora in the house. Mary Anne Miller is a free lance writer, website content provider and member of The Cat Writers’ Association. |
