Where is the mom? A big belly usually means that she has worms. They get the parasites from the mom, or from the mom's milk. At three days old, she is way to young to be wormed by any one other than a vet. So please do not attempt to worm her yourself with anything you can buy online or at a store. Wormers are poison, pure and simple and used wrong, they cause great harm even death to a young kitten.
Are you stimulating her and is she pooping and peeing?
Is there anyway you can get her to a vet to be seen? The visit for such a young kitty is usually not costly at all. If there is a feline specialist in your area, you would be better served to be seen in that clinic versus a regular vet.
