My cat just had her kittens. Went to the vet 2 weeks ago and was told she was between 4 and 5 weeks. She has only had 2 so far (don't know if there is more to come). The first one is very noisy, moving around. The 2nd is barely moving, not making any noises. It's the middle of the night here and I have no idea what to do. They look way too small.

Mum cat was taken down with paralysis ticks 7 weeks ago. Had the antiserum, aneasthetic etc. She was in bad shape and had a reaction to the antiserum. We assume she was just pregnant at the time.

Any help please.

Based on what you are posting here, you need a vet in the picture fairly quickly. The kittens are compromised at best right now.  In the meantime, keep the newcomers warm and if you can get goat's milk, start feeding goat's milk (not cow) or kitten formula to supplement the little ones. I suspect you may lose a few but one or two may survive. In this situation, you can only do what is in your power to help. I would certainly get momcat spayed though and until then keep her indoors so she doesn't get pregnant again.

Thanks, talking to the vet now.

we have 3 kittens, 2 are active and noisy, the other still not so but has last this long.

I was going to get her "spayed", had her booked in to be done when she taken down with the ticks. Then i was told I had to wait another month before i could do anything because she would be too weak.

THanks for the help

If the kittens starts to fade, brew up some strong coffee, make sure it is at room temperature and place just a few dropfuls in the kitten's mouth. Wrap the kitten up in a warmed towel and begin to rub gently, much like you would a baby trying to get them dry. Not patting, but rubbing with just a bit of stimulation to jumpstart the heart. Hopefully, you won't have to go to this method, but it is one that I have used for years told to me by a wonderful vet- and it works if it is the heart that is the issue.

Kittens can catch anything that Mom has in-utero, I do not know much about tick disease. The only thing we have here is Lyme disease which is pretty nasty for humans and animals alike. but it is possible this little kitten is suffering from much the same affliction that got mom.
Good luck-
